Where are we?
I had been thinking along the life cycle lines - what do we want on each week to be touching on or focusing our coachees on. Spark, Seed, Sprout, etc.
For time commitment, Arthur suggests one long call on possible a few short checkins each week, plus a weekly coach team call. I am trying to manage time boundaries...and think we might use the tech to speed up some of the sharing what we are learning as we move through and reporting milestones. We are looking at 2.5 hours a week, less if you are efficient, more if you get engaged in documentation and community building.

- Coach 1-2 Emerging Leaders over 6 weeks by
- weekly conversations (30-90 minutes)
- tie conversations to progressive structure shared with other coaches that we co-develop
- documentation of coaching call with any commitments noted
- Brief weekly checkins with others on coach team (30 minutes plus online documentation)
