Agenda
Notes
- the labs are about enabling more people to share their resources sooner
- What are the priorities that we as coaches want?
- encourage a more similar path through selection process in the future? harmonizing attendees?
- Need for organizing mechanisms for coherence (same stage? or what other?)
- Are there specific concrete deliverables? Or is it ok to follow their pace and their goals created?
- Do all of them have projects to deliver on the 25th?
- Connor has 3 projects. His growth is also part of his measurement.
- Kyle has a similar project to the Thursday demonstration (his personal growth and how this is what his project is). He will present this and might have some examples. His big thing is to express 'what it is' (identification not demo).
- Pritha came to the lab late. She has already done a pilot of her project prior to the lab. Ahead in creation. Looking at what works and what is next in her project. Her coming late has impacting the conversations. Not in the same place as what Mary hears that the others are. Metrics haven`t been appropiate yet. Different stage than the other leaders.
- Ruben, what serves him the best? Personally there is a commitment with him. As for the ELL journey, what is the 6 weeks relationship and how do we best serve it? Seems to be more in the personal than working with someone in creating together. They are going within which is the locus of the conversation. Noticing the pattern.Asking the question, what makes the most sense in this relationship for this time?
- Emory has three projects. One will be a structure that is quite visible and only needs to show the skeleton by the 25th (wee home). One is the beginnings of a website for his work. And the third is one or more prezis that explain his work.
Should we serve them, focus on their personal development or their accountabilities.
We are in the hump of the middle. Not in the high energy of the beginning. The first 2 weeks was manifesting the space. Week 3 and 4 makes sense that it goes into the personal. Possibly 4 and 5 will move into the project. We are having the Wednesday experience:
- week 1-2 making the space (concern: is this going to get going, lots of spark and where is the shaping of that spark?
- week 3-4 personal (concern: is this going to take form as a project or just be personal work? 6 weeks is not very long!)
- week 4-6 project (concern: are we getting there? is this project right and right chunk for deadline?)
