Sutra is an archaic term for thread, stitch, link, story...and helps to distinguish the sense of linear experiential record from the broader scope of inventive "story" content. Many individual threads and segments may weave and intersect to create a webbed fabric or field of coherent understanding.
Storytelling is a facility for engaging with audiences in an experience of shared meaning and value - it is a window to deeper communion and social impact. Storytelling manifests in many ways through the framework of ELL. We are exploring explicit forms and patterns of composition and distribution to generate compelling, interactive narrative fields.
