Yesterday we had the Open House/Showcase.  It's been hectic the last few days trying to prepare our presentations while preparing the space for guests.  Most people were spending more time working on their presentations than cleaning and yesterday morning the stress from Arthur and Eric Bear was clear.  They both expressed not wanting to hold coherence for the day's activities.  I actually felt this as a great relief, especially coming from Arthur.  I had been waiting for Arthur to explicitly offer the opportunity for others to hold coherence for what is going on here.  I feel like that is essential if you really want to create a collaborative environment.  We jumped at the opportunity and made to-do lists and got everything ready with plenty of time to prepare our presentations.

I presented on Regenerative Dynamics, a tool I have developed (just in the last few days) to explain the things that I think are important for social organisms to pay attention to without talking about specific tools.  This leaves the door open for exploring possibilities and designing an organization that is appropriet for it's context.  I thought my presentation went OK, but I wish it was more inspirational and reflective of what I actually want to do.  What I really want to do is create something like Emerging Leader Labs as well as an online training program, but I don't know how or where I'm going to do that yet.
