Leader Labs Ecosystem

Emerging Leader Labs are intended to propagate as a network of affiliated entities sharing certain objectives, patterns, and resources for mutual enhancement and reinforcement.

The initial Seed Project program will produce a basic shape and content library to reference as we converge on an initial kit or "recipe book" to work from in future labs. This kit will be available to share with others who may want to explore opportunities for a Lab project launch in their communities.

Each Lab is designed for experiments within an experiment, where the participants and their projects respond to and shape the  container itself, contributing to an emerging ecosystem of creative hubs, social ventures, and agile alumni, jointly "upcycling" assets for renewable productive value in the commons.

Club --> Lab --> Incubator --> Fiscal Agent

The first stage of activation is for a Club of enthusiastic contributors to connect and explore working together as a "Source Team" in building assets toward operating a regular Lab program and venue.

As Labs become established and effective in launching new project work and collaborative teams, they may become a temporary home for venture development and incubation, up to and including fiscal sponsorship / agency in assisting young enterprises to address legal and financial requirements and opportunities.

Some of the key themes in the basic "operating system" are:

Impact First - focus on meaningful change ahead of financial accounting

Adding Value - enact positive feedback loops to move towards natural abundance

Gift + Trust - inviting stakeholders to "pay it forward" based on systemic awareness

Open Space - everyone free to choose when, where, and how they "show up"

Open Source - transparency, modularity, and accessibility of all components

Symbiosis - conscientious participation in a larger ecology of mutual organisms

Agility - rapid development, frequent iteration, rich interactive participation

Priorities: relationships, culture, story/mythology

money, as an outcome rather than an objective.
