James Tower

I grew up in upstate NY, went to school in FL, and went on to travel and work in several parts of the country working for ski resorts and also in education.  In my early 30's I was able to travel internationally both for fun and work, each trip leaving a deep impression on my world view and appreciation for other cultures. 

Currently I live in Saratoga Springs, NY and work part time for Skidmore College, as well as design and build furniture from found materials.  My interests include hiking, biking, reading, conservation, sustainable businesses, and building/landscape design.
