Facilitation Team

The Facilitation Team makes sure the basic promises of an ELL session are delivered for participants.  They facilitate, or "make easier," the evolution of the people in the session into a whole that can operate together as a magic group

Accountability

Facilitation team members are responsible for:

-introducing gameshifting and kanban

-ensuring that distinctions are delivered

-offering group practices that frame the space of group time, ie stand-up meeting, gratitudes, clearings,

-offer structure as a starting point and use gameshifting and feedback to enable the group to evolve that structure as needed

- the facilitation team should communicate with the Source Team and Coach Team according to any agreements they make together

Requirements for Certification

Every ELL 8 week session must have an ELL Certified Facilitator on site and in group time as part of the facilitation team, though they do not necessarily have to serve in the role of facilitator as their primary responsibility.

Facilitation Team Selection

Ideally, have participated in ELL in some role in the past, not necessarily as a participant, but ideally on site and in group time.

Experience in faciliation in other collaborartive contexts is certainly a plus.
