Evgeni Dokuchaev+Brief Bio

I am 36, my career started back in 1996 at CocaCola bottling startup in Novosibirsk (South Siberia) where I performed various project management assignments while being a last year student at industrial management, State Technical University. Then in 1997 I accepted an internship offer at NY office of Globalteam (the small size international consultancy for CC startups). In 1997 - 2001 I served as a project manager and key account manager in Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Russia, Croatia not only for Coke but for beer, diary and other producers' development projects.

In 2002 I mooved to Moscow and started my first startup to offer the Russian marketing consulting services. In 2004 I sold the startup (that is currently up and running, employing about 400 ppl) to buy a franchise from DOOR International http://www.doortraining.com/. 2004 - 2009 I have owned and operated HR consultancy, T&D company. At key projects I served as a consultant and (especially at difficult and challenging circumstances) as a trainer. In 2002 I have received a post graduate diploma in organizational development at Moscow State University. I had been certified by DOOR, VitalSmarts, Microsoft as a master trainer for their programs. In 2009 the company performed at 1mln euro annually.

In 2009 I sold the consulting business to involve myself into a startup to produce in China and sell in Russia some specific medical disposable materials. Unfortunately this idea was not successful mainly due to strong governmental and bureaucratic barriers in the medical market.

Since autumn 2011 I run an individual consulting practice and also look for some new startup ideas in the area of my experience.
