Coach Team Facilitator

Coach Team Facilitator holds coherence for the coaching team, builds the coaching team into a magic group, and pays attention to what's needed in that space.

The coach team facilitator does not necessarily need to have coaching experience themselves. Their job is not to tell the coaches how to coach but rather to serve as a bridge between the coaches and the program. As such it is best (perhaps required?) that the coach team facilitator be on site at the lab (at least one day per week?)

The coach team facilitator serves as a source of ongoing information for the coaches in order to provide additional context so that the coaches can succeed in supporting participants.
