Introduction to this work:
We are in a time of becoming - there is a rumbeling just under the soil about to bust through - how do we as a society and as individuals say yes and nurture that.
Consolidate. Incubate. Accelerate.
Field of awareness now. Energized. Ready now.
Creating a space for them to create labs themselves.
Space of learning creates a culture. Culture emerging in response/relationship to participants.
What is the mission?
- Connecting a community that sees and engages the world similarly.
- Creating a field to optimize the learning and potential of all participants (including coaches, source team etc).
- Catalyze a group of people to demostrate projects being catalized and demonstrate the power of the gift economy.
Questions to use:
Generate a list of questions to help people measure. How do you know what is happening? How do you know that this "thing" is happening?
qualities of moving things forward
what is the project, what it (the project) is and what it isn't?
how is it happening/what steps are they taking to move forward? (regular actions happening)
why are they doing it? (for them in particular, for others) impact they are striving for?
when - how do they know they are making progress? (appropriate progress), how much?
who is to be involved, who is it for
where are they at in their own process? being connected to what they want to make happen?
how do they develop in confidence? what is getting in their way?
What are they doing really well that can build upon?
What do we want to ask of them before we even begin - foundation... for where we will go?
What is in the way for them? Stuckness? Lack? Opportunity for development...
