1) Reviewed Coach/participant pairing (noting certain groupings around shared projects).

2) Informed Team about the note-sharing pages, here on the ELL site.

3) Shared insights about creating intimacy/connection/relationship in a coaching partnership:

- Meeting them where they are ('locating' ourselves so we can get where we're going).  Get to know the 'casual' parts of us. 

- Insights into they're 'worldview'.  Personal, family, etc....

- Sharing how we are similar.  Our shared humanity.  Coach is not a 'superior'/expert - but a brainstorming partner/(a sherpa), holding space for the participant on their journey to expanded potential.

- Deep listening; hearing what they're trying to say; trusting ones intuition and listening with all of your senses.

- Hearing about what they're commitment; coaching to the person they want to become; so finding out what they're commitment is so we can focus on relating to that part of them.

- Being open ourselves.  Open up the space.  Hold space for beyond "right/wrong" and into "what works/doesn't work".

- Set up the context.  Create agreements.  Define and clarify the process. 

- Have FUN!  Playful, light, humor, easy love:  Context is: "This is awesome!", The best 'game' in the Universe.  Laughter at the messiness of being human.

 

4) Coaches share their own intentions/results they want to create over the 8-week intensive:

Christie: Develop and expand her practice into more group work.

Yana: Learn new language, expanding to include more people (beyond theatre); learn coaching language - open vs. projection of self.  Expand Leadership.  And learn about making money as a coach.

Dave:  Fostering new dynamics for possiblity (stuctures, like ELL, that support new potentials).

Alexandra: Discover next Purpose and Meaning for herself.  To enjoy being in group spaces like ours: joy in connection with likeminded people.  Push into next generation of Organization.

Maia: Continue to break open the Code for transformation/evolution of Money - develop ways to share the 'blue pill' with pop culture - Ted/stand-up performace presentation....

Maggie: How to find my coach - the coach that I am open to...

Gonzalo:  Discovering new ways of measuring value, and ways to build this into our coaching for creating concrete social impact.

Art: Having ELL be the laboratory where we learn to work in new patterns and how to live a better life.  Experiencing his bigger Self in this work.  And serving his understanding that critical to our survival as a species is developing and practicing these new "meta-currency" models  of human collaboration.

 

5) Value-Creation from the call:

Deeper connection.  Acknowledgment and presence to the importance of the Coaching Team in its 'behind-the-scenes' role in sourcing a miraculous program.  Support.  Trust.  Complicity.  Clarity.  Appreciation of who we are as individuals, and as a larger Whole.  Heightened listening.  Appreciation of the silences during the call.  Fulfillment in sharing our ideas and desire to change the world.
