Call Summary:

Our first call was basically logistical – to hear each others’ voices, to set up a call time, to get the technical aspects and basic time-lines laid out.  So now, we are ready to begin ‘creating’…

Our assigned participants will reach out and contact us  sometime on Wednesday, June 19, to schedule a first call - to happen ideally sometime before the end of the week.
This first call will be focused on getting to know each other, creating relationship, finding out the basics of why the participant is in the ELL, and a general sense of what their project is.  (Along with scheduling a consistent time for your weekly coaching calls).

In every call, we will track the Value that is created from our engagement and connection with each other.  We will do this as a coaching body at the end our Coaching Team calls, and after your calls with your participant (both participant and coach acknowledging/defining/discerning/establishing/etc etc...the Value that was created).  Please write down these Values, as we will be sharing them as a collective resource for the entire ELL.

Value-Creation from our first Call:
As Art expressed - one of the most powerful (and often invisible) forms of wealth generated from our first call was "Cohesion/Coherence": creating relationship, connection, and a shared structure/organizing principles for the fulfillment of potential.  This 'foundation' - or groundwork configuration - gives us the ability to achieve something together.  It allows 'workability'.  (This deeply vital resource is the opposite of 'entropy' - where things disintegrate).

We reported/assessed that some of the Value created in our introductory "Coherence" call was:
Inspiration.  Energized.  A sense of investment in the future relationships with each other and the participants.  Intrigue for who we are as such a diverse group. Power. Excitement.  Gratitude.  Consciousness/awareness of being a collective - becoming a Team.  A feeling of the Purpose of the ELL unfolding.  Cheer.  A sense of the potential given the synergy from across our wide range of experiences.  The fulfillment of everyone's "YES!".  The experience of further expansion of leadership capacity.  The experience of 'Eros' -  awakened passion and desire for creation of new potentials.  Fulfilled consciousness.
