Call Summary:
Our first call was basically logistical – to hear each others’ voices, to set up a call time, to get the technical aspects and basic time-lines laid out. So now, we are ready to begin ‘creating’…
(See Week Focus below for detailed logistical information).
Our assigned participants will reach out and contact us sometime on Wednesday, June 19, to schedule a first call - to happen ideally sometime before the end of the week.
This first call will be focused on getting to know each other, creating relationship, finding out the basics of why the participant is in the ELL, and a general sense of what their project is. (Along with scheduling a consistent time for your weekly coaching calls).
In every call, we will track the Value that is created from our engagement and connection with each other. We will do this as a coaching body at the end our Coaching Team calls, and after your calls with your participant (both participant and coach acknowledging/defining/discerning/establishing/etc etc...the Value that was created). Please write down these Values, as we will be sharing them as a collective resource for the entire ELL.
Value-Creation from our first Call:
As Art expressed - one of the most powerful (and often invisible) forms of wealth generated from our first call was "Cohesion/Coherence": creating relationship, connection, and a shared structure/organizing principles for the fulfillment of potential. This 'foundation' - or groundwork configuration - gives us the ability to achieve something together. It allows 'workability'. (This deeply vital resource is the opposite of 'entropy' - where things disintegrate).
We reported/assessed that some of the Value created in our introductory "Coherence" call was:
Inspiration. Energized. A sense of investment in the future relationships with each other and the participants. Intrigue for who we are as such a diverse group. Power. Excitement. Gratitude. Consciousness/awareness of being a collective - becoming a Team. A feeling of the Purpose of the ELL unfolding. Cheer. A sense of the potential given the synergy from across our wide range of experiences. The fulfillment of everyone's "YES!". The experience of further expansion of leadership capacity. The experience of 'Eros' - awakened passion and desire for creation of new potentials. Fulfilled consciousness.
Intro/Prep Week Focus:

- Choose top 3 participants that you feel an affinity with - and with whom you think you will create a powerful and effective partnership.

I feel a great anticipatory pleasure of our next ‘coming together’. We are on a Journey, and every step forward brings us deeper into the rich terrain of our growing partnership, intimacy, and creative capacity – all catalysts for generating outrageous outcomes!
Indeed, this is one of the dimensions of the ‘field’ that we are holding together – our shared intention to produce enormous results for human potential and social transformation. Our innovation and collaboration as a team will spill out into our partnerships with our ELL participants, rippling out through their projects and their capacity as ‘change agents’. May our unity and brilliance be a large boulder that makes big waves!! (A powerful fission that shifts consciousness! An evolutionary leap that….)
I am enjoying calling us the ‘League of Extraordinary Coaches’ - each with a unique intelligence and super-skill. As a team we are a generative ‘container’, holding space for breakthroughs and ‘making the impossible possible’! There is such great latent power in our circle - richly experienced individuals coming together, motivated by their passion to serve human potential and the potential of Life itself. A Jedi-Knight Council! Let us be amazed by the incredible unexpected and unpredictable outcomes that we will create over our 8-week journey.
One dynamic that will serve us greatly will be the ‘file sharing’ that we will do on our Coaching Team calls. Our active cross-pollination of insights, reflections, intuitions and approaches will bring great dimensionality to the Value we will create as a team and for the entire ELL body. We will practice ‘exponential amplification of our collective intelligence’!
